How to return your purchase
Making a return or exchange is easy. Just send a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org to request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and send your item(s) back to us within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. Indicate whether you would like to receive a refund, exchange for another item or for store credit. Refunds will be transferred to the same credit card, from which your payment has been made.

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all Naledi Copenhagen tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Where provided, all brand packaging such as gift boxes, dust bags and tags should be included with your return.
All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number marked clearly on the packaging. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
Return shipment is on Customer's account, except in case of faulty or incorrectly supplied item(s).
Recieving a refund
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit to your Naledi Copenhagen account.
If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Naledi Copenhagen. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Shipping fees are not refundable except in case of faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. Returns may affect the discounts recieved on your total order.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear, an accident or damage due to improper use are not considered to be faulty.
Goods recieved with visible damage such as cuts, scratches or any structural damage must be reported to us via email email@example.com soonest possible but not later than 72 hours from receipt. Please take photos of any damaged packaging as well.
Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. Should repair not be possible, we will offer a replacement for the same item. Should it not be possible to repair or replace the item, you will receive a full refund.
Our products edges are painted with four layers of paint to ensure longevity, however edge painting is delicate and may develop cracks, especially with heavy use. We do not carry responsibility for cracked edge paint. In most cases, we can offer to re-edge your bag at our Leather Clinic at an additional cost. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on Naledi Copenhagen. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate. Additionally, minor colour discrepancies should be expected between different batches of leathers and textiles. Such discrepancies do not give grounds to claim, that goods have not been supplied in accordance with the order.
Ostrich leather is a natural leather. Each skin is unique and has a different pattern of scales. Leather patterns on ostrich products, photographed on Naledi Copenhagen, will vary from those you recieve. Such discrepancies do not give grounds to claim, that goods have not been supplied in accordance with the order. It is acceptable for ostrich leather to name natural marks.
